10/10/2004 – West Mifflin Structure Fire
1125 Lawrence Street
The call came in about 2am for a Working Structure Fire.
Stations 293, 295, 298, 171 and 133 responded and 295 was on stand by.
A couple lived there and the woman and her dog escaped the fire and got out safely.

Commercial Structure Fire at All Pro Auto Mall on South Central Avenue in Canonsburg, Pa.
06/22/2004 – Wilkins Twp Fatal MVC
Accident/Fatality on Rodi Road involving Wilkins Twp. Rescue Vs Dodge Caravan.
Apparently the caravan went thru a stop sign. The driver of the caravan, a 54 Year Old male from Westmoreland County, was killed instantly.
There were three firefighters that where treated for back pain. They were on their way to their Community Days.

06/10/2004 – North Braddock MVA
13′ high trailer tried to fit under a 11′ 10″ train overpass. Driver was possibly on the phone at that time of the accident. The truck was hauling 20 pallets of water to A.J. Silberman in Braddock. No reported injuries.

05/28/2004 – Lincoln Borough MVA/w Entrapment
Lovedale Hollow Road at Mill Hill
Stations 184 / 610, 183, 147, and EMS 520 were dispatched for a 2 vehicle accident with confirmed entrapment by Police. Rescue 147 and Assistant 147 arrived on scene first and established command. Driver of the car was entrapped. Rescue crews cut the door and was the patient was freed after a short period. EMS 520 transported the driver to a local hospital.
Units on scene included Rescue 147, Rescue 183, Tanker 184, Squad 147, Ambulance 610 and units from 520 Elizabeth Twp EMS

05/19/2004 – North Braddock School Bus vs SUV MVA
There were no students on the bus. The driver of the suv was entrapped for a short time

05/16/2004 – Wilkinsburg Apartment Fire
1100 block of Coal Street
Apartment Fire in Wilkinsburg that left 15 people homeless. Wilkinsburg crews were assisted by crews from the city of Pittsburgh.
